Reassign background checks linked to an operator who's left

Reassign background checks that are linked to a user that's left your company.

There are two ways to reassign your background checks to a different user.

  • Reassign background checks to multiple users before deactivating the leaver.

  • Reassign all background checks and actions to another user.

πŸ“Œ Note: Only Access Screening administrators can follow these steps.


Reassign background checks to multiple users

To reassign background checks to multiple users at once, follow the steps below:

πŸ“Œ Note: You need to follow these steps before you deactivate the user.

  1. Click Management, then click Supervisor Dashboard.

  2. Click the name of the user.

  3. Click the numbers image.png on the bar.

  4. Click View All in the top right.

  5. Use the lists to reassign each check to another user.

  6. Deactivate the old user.


Reassign all background checks and actions to another user

To reassign all background checks and actions to another user, follow the steps below:

  1. Deactivate the old user from Access Screening in Access Evo.

  2. Click Configuration, then click Users and Permissions.

  3. On the deactivated user, click Edit, then scroll to the bottom of the page.

  4. Click Reassign Background Checks.

  5. Select the relevant user from the list.

    • If the old user had more than one brand, you need to select a user for each brand.

  6. Click Save.
