To create a new Access Screening user, you must create their account in Access Evo, give them permissions to the Access Screening product, and then set their further permissions in Access Screening.
β οΈ Important: To be able to action these steps, you need to have Administrator permissions in Access Evo.
Create a new user in Access Evo
To create a new user, follow the steps below:
Log in to Access Evo, then click the Members
icon.
Click Add, then select one of the following options.
Add members individually: To create users one by one.
Add members in bulk: To create multiple users at once.
Enter the email addresses and separate them with a comma or space.
βNote: Users can add their details when they receive their activation email.Enter your email message, then click Add.
The new member receives a signup email, and they can set their new password and log in.
π Note: You can resend the welcome email to new users. If they still don't receive the email, check with your IT team that [email protected] is whitelisted.
Give users access to Access Screening
Only users with the role of User, Admin, or Client Managed can see Access Screening within Access Evo. An administrator needs to provide permission to users.
Set the user's further permissions for Access Screening
For a user to access background checks, you need to provide additional permissions.
