For your operators to access or start background checks, you need to give them access to brands and set their permissions.
You can do this by following the steps below:
π Note: Before you can set the permissions within Access Screening, you need to add the user to Access Evo first.
Click Access button
, then click Access Screening.
Click Configuration, then click Users & Permissions.
Click Edit against the required user.
From the Brands list, select the required brands.
You can assign more than one brand to users.
Client-managed users can only be associated with one brand.
In the Roles section, select the required permissions.
If the user is client-managed, you need to set their permissions accordingly.
Click Save Changes.
