To be alerted of any updates within Screening including configuration and candidate updates you need to set up the email notifications within your Access Screening configuration.
Click Configuration then click Email notifications.
Click Add Subscriber then select User Name.
โNote: Once a user has been selected, the email box will be auto populated with the userโs email address. Or you can select Custom Email from the User list, you will be able to enter an email address of the recipient.Select the Brands the user can receive notifications for.
Select Event Type where the action was performed.
Background Check.
Candidate information or document changes.
Customer changes.
Configuration changes.
Each action type has its own set of actions you can select to be notified for.
For example, if you choose Background checks Disclosure check status, you receive a notification every time a DBS or Disclosure Scotland check status gets updated on a candidate's Background check.
Set the Schedule.
Optional setting.
Browser Notifications: If this option is enabled, the user receives a browser notification after one of the selected events occurred (when navigating on an active Screening tab).
Note: If a user is timed out but has an open login page, the user will continue to receive browser notifications for 8 hours.
Click Save.
