When submitting a candidate's disclosure check, there are key details you need to check when it comes to a candidate's birth details.
Special Characters - Has the candidate used special characters in the County or town section of their birth details? The system does not accept special characters.
Country and Nationality - these should match as part of the candidate's birth details. The country they were born in should match their birth nationality.
For example, A candidate born in Ghana should provide their birth nationality as Ghanaian.
Town and County - Needs to match with the candidate's Birth country if they have selected a country outside of the UK.
For example, using the same example above, if the candidate was born in Ghana, the town and city should not be a UK town or county.
