Support process if you can't access your Access Screening product.

If you’re unable to log in because the Access Screening system is down, we’ve introduced a contingency process to alert the support team and ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

To report this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Access Digital Assistant icon.

  2. Select Ask a question then click I can't access my account.

  3. Enter your work email address.

This is then raised with our support team, and we will reach out to you as soon as possible.
