If you're having issues with getting Access Screening to load in Access Evo, you need to reload the Screening tab by following the simple steps below:
Click the three dots
on the Screening tab.
Select Close, then click Access Button
.
Select the Screening
icon.
If you're still having issues with getting Access Screening to load, please delete your cache and cookies and follow the steps above again.
If this issue continues after you have followed the above steps or you are getting a bad gateway continuously, please raise a case, and one of the team will get back to you as soon as they can.
